of the note I received... her words say it all.
"Jim, I have received many beautiful gifts but this is
one I will always treasure the most. I know my children will
be delighted to have a painting of their Mother as beautiful
as "Hope's World" and I thank you for that. I have
been a fan of yours since I was a child. I always wished that
someday I could be a great artist like you. I love the passion
in all of your work. Who would of thought that my childhood
rolemodel, my most favorite artist, was now going to paint
me. Jim, it was a wonderful experience working with you, and
seeing what makes you tick! Not really knowing you, I was
inspired once again. You not only painted a photo-quality
portrait of me but you discovered, in two short meetings,
the two sides of Hope!"
