I first heard Alice Cooper while he was rehearsing for his first album in the back room of a Hollywood shop on Sunset Blvd in the late 1960's. His original sound caught my attention and I had to ask "Who is that?" Only several months later I saw him in concert and 15 years later I was honored to be asked to paint one of his album covers. Oddly, and a secret until now, I used myself as the model as he was not available for a photo shoot so that I could paint him screaming!
