The original painting of Against The Wind has been in Bob Seger's possession since I painted it in 1980. When he was finally inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2004, he chose this painting as his special gift to be donated to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame museum in Cleveland, Ohio.

After the release of this album in 1980, I was surprised to hear that people some people were buying it to frame the cover as well as for the music. I decided now to release a larger version of the cover printed on canvas so it can again be enjoyed as framed art.
